The Critical Device Monitoring contract provides to customers the remote monitoring resources and tools of Unified ConneXions which allows your constrained IT resources to focus on higher value IT initiatives.
UCX proactively monitors your contracted devices 24 x 7 x 365 via our Remote Management tools via an Internet connection between your network and the monitoring datacenter. This Service automatically detects the failed elements that interrupt functionality and also monitors the health and performance of the devices. Incidents or tickets are created by the Customer’s Network Operations team for resolution using standard and recommended severity levels. Performance reports can be generated monthly to assist in evaluating network operations and to determine any action or problem areas that need to be addressed.
